Finding Bonjoy. When we launched Bonsoy way back in the 80s, our vision of creating a sustainable future through macrobiotic diets was a pretty far-out sentiment. After all, the world was a very different place.

Leg-warmers were an actual thing, ‘milk’ came exclusively from cows, and most people thought ‘baristas’ worked in courtrooms… ‘Bonsoy’ might as well have been from another planet.
